three hundred grams kale, stems removed and roughly torn (I used Toscan kale)
one tablespoon olive oil
half a teaspoon dried chili flakes
half a cup finely grated parmesan, plus extra, to serve
sea salt and cracked black pepper
one// Preheat oven to hundred and eighty degrees. Place the kale, oil, chili, parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well to combine. Place on a large baking tray and bake for eight-twelve minutes or until crispy. Allow to cool and sprinkle with the extra parmesan to serve.
