three large cucumbers, washed and chopped in big chunks
two medium sized potatoes, peeled, chopped up
one big brown onion, peeled, chopped up
four chicken stock cubes
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
single pouring cream, to serve
one// Put the cucumber, potato and onion in a big pot. Add water so that everything is covered. Add the chicken stock. Put a lid on it and bring to the boil. Cook until everything is tender.
two// Blend the mix until all chunks are gone. Season with salt and pepper.
